• Livestock & Farm Data: Animal identification numbers, ear tag IDs, RFID data, weight records, health records, breeding records, IATF protocol data, and other agricultural management data you enter into ZapManejo.
• Communications: Messages you send via WhatsApp to our platform, support requests, and feedback.
• Payment Information: Billing details processed through our payment partners (Stripe, EBANX/Pix). We do not store raw payment card numbers.
• Contact Form Submissions: Name, company, email, industry, and project scope details submitted via our website.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Usage Data: Log files, IP addresses, device type, operating system, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps.
• WhatsApp Interaction Data: Message metadata, response times, and feature usage patterns (not message content beyond what you send to our platform).
• Cookies & Tracking: We use cookies and similar technologies on our website for analytics and functionality. You may disable cookies in your browser settings.

1.3 Information From Third Parties

• WhatsApp Business API data provided by Meta Platforms, Inc.
• Payment transaction data from Stripe and EBANX.
• Analytics data from web analytics providers.

• Provide, operate, and improve our Services, including ZapManejo livestock management features.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as necessary to provide Services. Livestock and farm management data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus a 90-day grace period after termination. We may retain certain data longer as required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as dispute resolution. You may request deletion of your data as described in Section 6.

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS), secure data storage, and access controls. 8. WhatsApp Data

Our Services are delivered via the WhatsApp Business API. By using ZapManejo through WhatsApp, you also agree to Meta's Privacy Policy and WhatsApp's Terms of Service. We process WhatsApp messages only for the purposes of delivering the Services you have requested. We do not use WhatsApp message content for advertising.

9. Children's Privacy

Our Services are not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

10. International Data Transfers

Catalytic Verticals is based in the United States. If you access our Services from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other countries. We take appropriate safeguards to ensure such transfers comply with applicable law.
