Yes, ZapManejo supports RFID integration via Bluetooth HID readers. You can scan RFID tags directly into the WhatsApp interface, linking each tag to an animal's complete record. Absolutely. ZapManejo is fully trilingual — Portuguese, Spanish, and English. The platform detects your preferred language automatically, and you can switch at any time by messaging "idioma" to your ZapManejo number. All prompts, confirmations, and reports are available in all three languages.

Yes. You can request an export of all your cattle data at any time during an active subscription. Records are exported in CSV format compatible with spreadsheet applications. Contact support to initiate an export.
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Your farm data belongs to you and is never sold or shared with third parties except as required to deliver the service. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) processed securely through Stripe. Brazilian customers can also pay via Pix through EBANX. We do not accept cash or checks at this time.
Yes. Brazilian customers can pay in BRL via Pix through our EBANX integration. Pricing in BRL is displayed at checkout. Exchange rates are applied at the time of purchase.
You can cancel at any time by contacting our support team via WhatsApp or email. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. After cancellation, your data remains available for export for 30 days. See our Terms of Service for full details.
New subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of their initial purchase if they have not meaningfully used the platform. After this window, subscriptions are non-refundable. Contact [email protected] to initiate a refund request.

Yes, multi-user access is supported. Each user connects via their own WhatsApp number and is associated with your farm account. Permissions can be configured so that field workers, veterinarians, and managers each have appropriate access levels. Contact support to set up additional users.
ZapManejo requires a data connection to sync records, as it operates through WhatsApp. In areas with poor connectivity, WhatsApp messages will queue and send when a connection is re-established. We recommend drafting notes locally and sending when you have signal. Offline-first functionality is on our product roadmap.
